Protuninglab is a joke. I've never been able to order anything from them because everything is out of stock with a 3 week backorder. There real good at taking your money but good luck waiting the month until they order it from their supplier and then finally get it sent out to you. I don't recommend even bothering with protuninglab and if you wanna upgrade your vehicle go with the known larger companies who don't appear to be the middle man working out of their home Like these clowns do.
Ordered a pair of headlights from them around January. They finally get here, and they're full of problems. The halos on the driver side stay on (not at full power, but still enough to drain your battery) and the bright light on the passenger side doesn't work. I tried emailing them about the problem, and they just turned it into a frustrating experience. I tried calling them multiple times and was sent to voicemail after 15 minutes of waiting. May 12th 2015 and still no headlights.
still waiting for my order still out of stock also do not want any replacement product want what i ordered,
You ask what engine and not what transmission when it is asor more important. You do not respond to email.
The product looked good, had no instructions, did not fit worth a crap and could not be stablized to keep from rattling. Your return policy was not disclosed including requirements for pictures and I did not feel like wasting that much money on restocking and shipping; then buying one that had better a likelihood of fitting from a name company. I will be making support brackets to make this work and not rub against the electronics and AC lines.
Directions not satisfactory. None at all for the heat shield mount. Intake assy doesn't fit on my model, So I had to use my stock one. Bracket for the air cleaner mount wasn't bent correctly.......I got it to work, but not a clean set up
Poor communications and slow delivery.
Told me item was in stock only to find that it wasn't. Even sent me tracking number to confirm shipment I waited and waited had to call only to find out item was never shipped.
