It seems the was a mix up in the shipping address which may have been on my part but I had to call four times to sort it out. The rep was very cordial but I was cut off once, the next rep told me she was not shire where the order was and would straighten it out and send a tracking #. I did not get one. On calling the third and fourth time Ashley got things going, and the parcel is in transit. I ordered on the 8th and it will be the 24th when I get my order. IHope. Andrew Albert
ordered taillights for my 2014 Ram 2500 truck on 11/26/14- received the lights as well as the LED reverse bulbs- reverse bulbs did not fit- called 12/15/14 spoke with "Kent" -determined they would not work and had me return them for credit. Bulbs were mailed on 12/18/14-still no credit- emailed twice more and on 3/17/18 spoke with "ANNA " customer service- she was going to check and call back- now 04/19/15-still no reply , call or refund- almost 4 months !
Horrible product and customer service. Anna at support was not helpful at all. Lied and told me she was the manager and had no idea the full name of the owner and never sees them. Therefore I couldn't talk to them. However I could email a request to talk to the owner and the would email me back, really? Already on head light number 2 in a month and the halo just went out!!
No one answers the phone. I've tried calling many times and could not get through to anyone.
My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! No one ever answers the phone, and I'm thinking this company is a bunch of scammers! The Accord euro taillights were not compatible with my car! They were cut wrong, and did not even have a slot for all of my lights! On top of that, one of the headlights was cracked upon delivery, and I cannot reach anyone at the company. Still never heard from anyone on my purchase.I ve been waiting for one and a half months.
When I called to order I was on hold for 14 mins. I gave up and ordered on line. When the box arrived there was no paperwork at all. NO invoice, no shipping order, nothing. I called and after 8 mins. someone answered and I was told it would be e-mailed to me. Poor quality! The hood or globe that protrudes in front of the bulb on the left side is slightly tilted forward causing a slight distortion of the light. Order a Part, next day got an email that it had shipped, even a FedEx tracking number, the next day I received another email, saying that "the item was out of stock", I asked then for a refund, they said that it was going to post back in 24 to 48 hrs, on the fifth day I email them back (NO REFUND YET), they now said 3 days instead of 48 hrs, IT'S HAS BEEN 8 DAYS NOW, ***STILL NO REFUND***
I ordered led hid head lights feb 27 got them mar 3 or 4 took them to the body shop got a call back from them and they were missing the ballists for the hid I called two different nos. you provide could not get any one to answer at ***-***-**** iiheld for 30 minutes no response I had to pay 60.00 to get my truck out with old head lights mar 12 still don't have parts communication is not here jim jellison
