Horrible service. Impossible to reach via phone and when I did get a response from them, via email, it was days later.
I'm am so glad to be able to rate this seller. I wish I had read the reviews prior to being a consumer to this company. You will never get to talk to customer service over the phone. And they are terrible to communicate with over email as well. It takes about a week for them to reply by email. And when they do...you will not be able to return anything to them. They will tell you to try this...or do that. Or contact the company that makes the product. But they will not help you. I will never order from this company again.
Received notification order was ready for FedEx pickup but it took a week and two emails before order was listed as in route. Should not send notification order is ready for pick up if order not ready for pick up.
PTL answered all my questions via email, however the male electrical connection on the part I ordered didn't match the female receptacle in the vehicle. I had to splice the connector from the old part (headlight)
Was told on their site that my order would ship within 1-2 days, and should have it in about 4-7 days. Two weeks later, no headlights, trying to reach ProTuningLab by phone is a complete joke. I honestly believe I threw away $326.00. Buyers Beware!!!!!!
Part was a piece of trash. cheap plastic, installation/adjustment screw stripped on installation, had to return and was charged a restocking fee on basicly defective crap. Will not purchase again.
Still haven't received merchandise after 2 weeks, can't get representative on the phone and return calls. Extremely poor service!
Ordered lights from them. They said they had it in stock and then a week later I get an email saying they are back ordered.
Got hid conversion kit and it was not properly packed for shipping. Bulbs were not protected,got no instructions,and everything was just loose in a box,not to mention it looked like the kit had been used before. There was rust on the bulb shields then one of the ballasts wasn't working properly!! Still waiting to get my money back even though they have their products. WTF just want my money back so I can be done with this company, will never use again and never recommend to anyone!!
