I ordered a cold air intake for my Jeep, used PAYPAL for payment, which was taken the same day by seller. 06/09/14 they sent me a FEDEX tracking number...On 06/11/14 FEDEX could not locate. On 06/13/14 Frank@ProTuningLab emailed me stating there had been a mistake and the item would ship on 06/17/14. The quality of this product did not meet my expectations. Very poor.
I am not at all impressed. I ordered head lights and tail lights for my husbands birthday about 3/4 weeks ago. AND I just received an e-mail stating that they are out of stock!!! And that they are backed up! We have been checking the mail for weeks now! Time to take action.
I recommend to pay pal. ...this is fast and easy Shipping. It's the first time I have problem s to receive something with you. This is very unpleasant.

I'm still waiting for my parts that I ordered 3 weeks ago. My credit card was charged and I still don't have my parts I paid for even though the website says 3~5 days after ordering i would have my parts.
