I bought the headlights and the hid protion of them doesn't work the ballasts are bad and one of the headlight filament was broken opon shipping because the packaging was horrible. Trying to get them to resolve this problem has been a challenge because you cannot get a hold of anyone, "so basically support sucks". However i do like how they look but wouldn't recommend buying from them to anyone!

I don't like the fact it is impossible to reach a customer service rep by phone or that it takes so long to hear back by email. I am currently waiting for a response to the pictures of the LED headlights we received that has 3 LED lights blown. They said they would send new ones out when they received pics of the bad ones. The first set of pictures didn't take good and he was prompt getting with me about those however when I sent the new pictures that took better I have yet to hear back from them at all.

I ordered projector headlights that were out on back order and were never communicated with me. When I called 2 weeks later about my order that is what they told me and said it was the warehouses fault but they magically got the prodyct in that day and was able to ship. Brian must be the only customer service person because I waited on the phone 30 minutes for someonento answer after leaving 3 vm and calling in 3 times. Phones do not work. Waited 3 times over 15 minutes and no one ever picked up. Only communications were through email. Product came to me scuffed and when I tried to return it I had to pay for shipping. No customer service skills. I felt like I was emailing with a computer. Never did they apologize they just gave me an address to send my package back after spending about $400. Will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Worst purchase I have ever made online.

Ordered altezza tail lights on 12 Oct for 2014 Nissan Xterra. The transaction was reversed/refunded to PAYPAL on 14 Oct. No reason given. Not sure if fitment for tail lights was an issue. As an owner of 5 Xterras (2005, 2007, 2010, 2012, and current 2014), the tail light all fit the same! Original cost paid and refunded was $118.00; now higher priced. Would like to purchase set if available in black, with discount...if possible!!

Did not fulfill my order because out of stock. Did not receive notice of this and had to call them to find out why it was taking long to receive lights that's when they told me they were out of stick and just refunded my money. I wish they would have gave me other options instead just refunding my money. Not happy at all.

Its been a horrible experience i placed an order for some headlights almost a month a go and they still havent shiped them out to me and the worst part is that they dont tell me anything to let me know whats going on. This is the last time i buy anything from them i am extremly disapointed

ORIGINAL POST - UPDATE BELOW: Starting to feel a little nervous in regards to what type of resolution that will occur for a damaged Mercedes ML350 Running Board that I ordered. The ordering process and delivery time was great. Within a day of receipt, I took the running boards to a local and very well respected body shop for installation.
