I ordered a set of HID headlights for my trunk. During installation, we found that the 'halos' on one side didn't work. I contacted their support to have a replacement sent out, but instead of sending a replacement, they wanted me to tear apart my good headlight for parts to troubleshoot the bad headlight so they only have to replace the failed part. After several emails back and forth, they are still unwilling to replace the headlight. The sad thing...I think the headlights are a good product..I just want a pair that work. ... read more

I called and talked to a salesman before I placed the order and they assured me everything was in stock. I got an email the next day saying everything shipped then a few days later I get another email saying that one item was out of stock and was backordered 4-6 weeks and they offered a replacement item for it. If I wanted the other item I would've ordered it and I told the salesman if everything wasn't in stock I would buy it later. I'm very disappointed with this exchange.

My shipment shipped late, but with the holiday season I understand. I'm having trouble getting my item adjusted properly. I have contacted the seller with no response as of yet.

I ordered headlights for my son's Christmas present and was falsely confirmed that the item was in stock. Four days before the delivery date, I was notified that the item was back ordered up to 4 weeks. This left me scrambling for a present for him right before Christmas.

Ordered an Air Intake for a Christmas gift on 12/16, my credit card was charged on 12/17 for the full purchase amount, but have received nothing! Went online to check status of order and it shows to be cancelled. Have emailed multiple times and have called only to be on hold for 12-20 minutes and then only able to leave a voicemail. I was willing to give them a few days to respond due to the holiday, but I don't know of too many companies who shut down completely between Christmas and New Year's, so my patience is at an end.... read more

Seller did not have product and kept saying it was being shipped when all along the did not get it for over a week so it did not arrive for over 2 weeks when their website said it would be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

I ordered the parts for my husband for Xmas. I was charged and when I called to check on the part I was told that they had it and it fit my truck. Few days later I get an email saying that the parts are on back order and they don't have a date for reshipment

I ordered a stainless exhaust header/downpipe for the ka24de in my 91 Nissan 240sx and it has been the worst purchase of my life. Not only does the gasket not fit on the factory studs but the holes for the header don't line up either. I had no other option but to drill out the holes to make it fit. The bolts they come with aren't very strong and one stripped very easily. Also, there are supposed to be 2 EGR holes and an O2 sensor hole on the header.
