They understand thank you for taking care of my dog as he got his teeth clean he did lose six teeth but he is happy now to be home thank you
Awesome place and people. I came from Corvallis on a Saturday with my dog who had a foot long gash in his side. They took us right in. They had him all fixed up in a few hours. ☆ very reasonably priced ☆

At one point I would have highly recommended them. Since they sold and went corporate I can no longer say that it is about the animals! Like all corporations it is all about the money!

I had cancelled a refill for a 14.00 prescription that I never picked up. They sent to collections for 14.00 and a second charge of 28.00. I paid my pets bill in full and years later they sent charges I didn’t owe to collections. Be careful they could do this to you too

I took my cat in because I thought he had a blockage, turns out he had a blockage and I had 10 minutes to decide whether to euthanize him or let somebody take over the payment of his treatment and let them adopt him when he was done. they did not offer me any sort of option as in a payment plan or any of that. and my mother offered to pay the bill, but I had surrendered him and they wanted him.
