Very please with ease of use and quality of print, but should be warned about leaking batteries, I owned this machine previously and left the batteries in for several months without using it and the batteries leaked and destroyed the machine. Now I remove the batteries after each use.
Very dissatisfied I am giving this as a gift & I am dissatisfied with the product’s box. It looks old & used. Quite embarrassing to give to someone. It is hard to rate actual product since it is for someone else.
Possible bad luck It worked great while it was working. I had it about two months and it just stopped working. Unfortunate as Brother usually makes quality products.

It works for now... Honestly should have just gotten the one for a little more money. This prints nice but the battery life blows. I made about 10 labels or less and needs 6 more AAA.
Same error as other reviews. Don’t waste your money I should’ve listened to some of the other reviews. I was able to print one label, one time. When I went back to use the product, it said low batteries and then would shut done when trying to print. I changed the batteries to brand new batteries three separate times with 0 luck. I guess I just bought the product for one label. Really wish I could return the item or get an item that actually works.
Wouldnt recommend It runs on the smaller side. Buttons are hard to only push one because so small.
Don’t buy! Don’t buy. Malfunction with low battery issue.
Incorrect User's Guide sent with PT-M95 BrotherP-touch labeling system The product looks good and works well, but I had to go online to find the correct User's Guide. I know $20+ for a label maker is perhaps a reasonable price, but I expected the at LEAST the correct user's guide would be included as a matter of course.
