Problem with charging Daughter loved it, but the low battery light stayed on so she returned it
Not good on battery usage It runs low on battery quickly. I get only around 8 prints before it complains. No USB or rechargable battery. Works for light use. Not recommended for heavy use. It slowly drains the battery even when off.
Pure loss of money and time it doesn't work well.pure loss of money and time. The battery ends up with just printing a label and the label is always stuck inside the device. I really hated this product.

DO NOT BUY Withing 4-6 uses of printing out labels. The notice of " Low battery " come son. For some reason , I can not use my label frequently. Do to this issue. Definitely find another label maker to buy!
Barely Any Directions, SO CONFUSING I loaded the sample tape and on the very first test print it jammed. I then used the other 3/4" tape I purchase with the machine and I got it to work but it still jams every few prints. The labeler does seem pretty feature rich and I like the keyboard it is simple, straightforward and easy to use... to bad the labels jam every few times I print.
Not a good label maker. I returned it. This machine was returned. Instructions are difficult to vary the different label types. Batteries, according to the machine, lasted for two labels, then it quit printing.
Battery hog!! All the reviews were great so I bought. Now when I go back and look all the reviews are saying battery hog as well. I put in brand new batteries and printed 2 labels and got low battery warning! Junk!
I will NEVER buy another Brother product of any kind. I have a model PT-2300/2310 Brother label maker. Every time you press the print button, it spits out about 3/4" of perfectly good blank tape, and cuts it off. Then it actually prints what I was wanting to print. I hate it. It wastes a huge amount of tape. I end up saving them so I can at least make a handwritten label with a Sharpie or something.
