Horrible product Hard to figure the operations, customer service finally turned me off so I returned it. Rude inefficient people. Unless you want aggravation then buy it, an annoying experience with both product and customer service. Don't buy this.
Mine won't turn on! It worked great at first but now my printer won't turn on and I discovered this in less than 2 months from the time I purchased it after only 4-5 uses. I've tried new duracell batteries but it still won't even turn on. I've tried contacting the seller but Amazon is not cooperating because the return window is past.
Handy machine but eats batteries like crazy!! The Brother Label Maker is convenient and the keyboard igs easy to read. However the instructions are very hard to follow and after printing 3 labels, the battery life is no good and shuts the machine down. I used top of the line AAA batteries and they don't work any better than the cheapest dollar store batteries!!!
Not great Print is not easy to read or adjust.

Poor product Please don't buy this save money. Its use brand new batterys in after 3prints. A waste of money. Now I have to buy another one with cord because this one don't have that option. It's a no star.
Low battery and turns off I bought two of these and they both do the same thing, low battery comes on and shuts the thing off, change batteries multiple times, I feel like they should have AAs and not AAA‘s
Do not recommend Doesn't have anyway to recharge the battery’s inside like my old one did
Do not reccommend! If I had to buy this item agai , I wouldn't. Goes through alot of batteries, A.C. adapter not an option,run only on triple AAA batteries. Must hold down print button to get it to print, Disappointed 😡
