easy enough to use. printing way too small The margins are too big, therefore the printing is too small. The machine wastes a lot of material before and after the label.
Good product but cannot register for warranty The website for product registration. Isn’t there! No way to register the product!

Waste 3/4" of Tape each label and requires a Manual Trim It's hard to believe Brother thought it was acceptable to require you to manually trim off 3/4" of tape on the cut end for every label. That's ridiculous, time consuming and wasteful. Their batter operated label maker didn't do that. Also, you have to reconnect the bluetooth to your phone each time you want to print as it doesn't automatically connect. The apps are poorly designed and unnecessarily complicated. 使えない 全く使えない商品だった 返品して荷物も送ったのに、返金出来ませんってめーるがきた 対応が最悪 返金対応して欲しいぐらい
Not ready for prime time I tried connecting this to multiple iOS devices. The devices both recognized the product and made a connection, but Brother’s app wouldn’t recognize that the devices were connected. I am returning and looking for another solution that is reliable out of the box
余白が長すぎです。テプラよりも退化してると思います。 これまで使っていたテプラが壊れたのでテプラからの乗り換えですが スタートとエンドの余白を最低に調整しても長すぎて、毎回ハサミでカットする羽目になります。 文字の装飾などアプリの方に凝っているのはいいですが、肝心のハードの使いやすさがおろそかで本末転倒なのでは？
すぐ故障 2度目の使用から、2枚プリントを指定しても1.5枚しか出てこず、残りの半分は次のラベルと一緒に出てくる、という不具合です。ただでさえ余白が長くてもったいないのに、捨てるテープが多すぎて辟易しています。 テプラと迷ってこちらを買い、テプラには無い可愛い柄（人魚など）が沢山あって娘も喜んでいたのですが、携帯との接続がスムーズに行かなかったり、なかなかのストレスです。
Terrible print quality I bought this printer because I wanted to make pretty labels to help make organizing less tedious. Well the labels are anything but pretty. The print quality is terrible and the labels are far uglier than my old machine. So disappointed. What a waste of money.
