The software is slightly clunky, but is fully featured and does the job just fine. I use this printer from a Windows 7 PC. good very easy to use, don't even have to install drivers, the problem is that each time it prints it waste some of the tape

Five Stars it's good.i like it .but my english is poor,i can't write a lot.
Good It's easy to setup & use. Powered on, and then plug the usb cable to your computer, the printing program which is preseted in the machine will be opened in autometic, Support Chinese character perfect.

Good Value, Easy to Use, Compact Good quality, compact, easy to hook up. Requires the newer 'z' type tapes. Still wastes a tiny bit of tape. To minimize the waste, use the p-touch software and set for chain printing. The press the cutter button when you have your last label printed.
