This specific ( LGA) purchase park 2 fly was great from the moment I got in. At first the crowded cars inside the garage may seem overwhelming but you literally just leave your car and they'll take care of the rest. I recommend prepaying it's a bit less than paying at the counter. I didn't have to wait for a shuttle. The driver was great and personable even showing the kids planes taking off and landing. My car wouldn't start when I arrived back from my trip and they were very helpful to solve the problem. Nothing but kudos for their very friendly staff and efficient management.
Had great experience with purchase park2fly. When we arrived, the shuttle was ready to take us to the terminal. And when we got back from our trip, I guess it was great timing, I called, operator told us where to meet the shuttle and the shuttle was pulling up as we got to our meeting point. Literally didn't wait for a second. When we got back to the lot, our car was ready to go. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and on our way home. I will definitely use them again when we travel again in July. Great service.

Polite! A very pleasant experience. There was a delay in pick-up at Jet Blue JFK which was my misunderstanding. Here's what I learned: after you land and have collected all your luggage, call the phone number on your ticket. Listen to the message and respond to the prompts telling you where to meet the shuttle. Here's the part I missed; when asked, "do you want to speak to an operator?", respond, "yes". The operator will send the shuttle promptly.
Courteous. professional. timely. helpful. Everything you'd expect from a parking site. Great Choice!
In and out, safe and reasonably priced! The wait time at the airport wasn't bad at all, just be sure to speak to a person when calling from the airport! The people at the desk aren't always clear, but that's the only downside.
