Dr dubash took over for her husband dr majewski, and with the addition of dr lee, we love this place! They love our dogs... Through surgerys, bee stings, and regular check-ups... They are compassionate and gentle. Highly recommend. Even our out of town family take their dogs when visiting. Thanks guys for the loving care of our "family"
We have been going to Dr. Gregory Lee for almost 20 years. He was at Northwest Pet on Oracle and Ina some years back. He has seen our family of pets for all these years. We are on second dog since moving to Tucson and he is going on 12 years old. Dr. Lee has situated himself at this location for a few years. We have been to see Dr. Lee for many years and find him to be warm and compassionate to our pet and friendly to the humans too!. Competent staff and very friendly.
As far as the veterinarians are concerned, they are great! Dr. Lee offers so much care, compassion and expertise. The vet techs are also very sweet and helpful. I have had great experience with the care that they have given my pets; they've received care for a rattlesnake bite, orthopedic surgery, and the various other visits. We have only had one bad experience with the clinic, but it only involved the lack of honesty of their office manager. I called and verified the clinic does the procedure I was asking for and stated the reason I was coming. They scheduled an appt., had me drive 65 miles with my stressed cats in the car on a 110 degree day, to tell me they in fact don't do said procedure. I took a day off work, wasted precious time I usually spend with my kids, and now have stressed cats at home without any answers. There is no reason to lie and treat people so disrespectful. Dr Brunner is an asshat. Rude. Pushy. Guilt inducing. Accusatory. Price gouging. And worst of all--she ran me off from a clinic that I absolutely loved and trusted for my two senior special needs pugs. She not only gave me horrible service, she inconvenienced me by having to move to another clinic. Stay away!!!
This has been my go-to vet for years, but my visit thi week was my last. It was a new female vet who I was unfamiliar with. Within thirty seconds she had me on the defensive drilling me down and my dog's medicine dosage, my dog's nails, her weight, etc. According to her I was wrong! Wrong! Wrong! She was wrong. We have used this clinic for 12 years since our dog was a puppy. He is now old and inferm and weighs 90 lbs so I can't pick him up. They won't authorize a prescription for an ALLERGY medication which he really needs because he hasn't been seen recently. So what. I will not use this clinic ever again and would encourage you to do the same. This is no way to treat a long term patient.
Pusch Ridge Pet Clinic had been our "go-to" clinic for our beloved pets over the past 10 years. We had a recent experience that has pushed us to seek veterinary care elsewhere. The recent experience was a bit unique as our 19 year old had started working there (she is no longer there hence writing this review now) but what I can say is there was lack of communication and dishonesty that prompted our move.
