do not take your animals here. the front desk and the technicians are awesome.. the doctors are horrible horrible horrible. dr. poage and i am using the word dr. loosely is the worst one there. he refused service on my puppy because the last time i brought her in i had to return in 2 months and we couldn't afford to do so. i told him we couldn't bring her back because of the money. the meds were so expensive and they helped but i knew she might have another flare up again. last night she did so i took her to the vets ... read more
I struggle with this vet's office because while yes they seem competent & fairly priced, there doesn't seem to be much love for the animals. Everything is very clinical, not a good bedside manner at all in our opinion from Dr. Dubesh. Feels like it's time to go elsewhere regardless of the price, I'd prefer to pay a little bit extra and feel like the person caring for my pet (my friend!) cares a might bit more about them and will show it by not being so clinical during examinations.
