The staff and doctors are friendly and caring, and they’ve taken great care of my Ollie since the day we brought him home. They’re really good about listening to my concerns and taking me seriously (even when it turns out I’m just being a worrywart), and explaining things to me when I have questions.
Dr. Halstead is the most caring veterinarian we have ever had! He has taken such good care of our four doggies, including helping us through a cancer diagnosis... I feel the Doctor and staff truly care about my dogs and make it a point to recommend well-thought out and appropriate treatments when needed. We love Pusch Ridge!
I’m sorry 140$ for a cytopoint shot? My dogs been going to a a different vet for 6 years and I’ve called around and everyone has quoted me 70$ for that allergy shot. This is actually highway robbery. Shame on this place for lying to me when I called to see if they could get my dog in a since we just moved here. The front desk lady said she could get him in next day so of course we too the appointment. We have used this clinic for our Yellow Lab since he was a puppy. That was 12 years ago. He is now old and inferm but still needs his allergy meds. They wont authorize a prescription because he has not been seen recently. He weighs 90 lbs so I can't pick him up! He can't get in a car because he doesn't have the strength in his hind legs.
