A waste of time I sued the link from Credit Karma for a OneMain Financial loan. The loan officer from OMF told me that they never offer a 22.72% as the Credit Karma link suggest. Said they only offer 35% for an unsecured loan.
Not worth it It’s not worth it, you add more debt by paying off other loans because the interest rate is so high. Be aware of them giving you other offers that you decline but they opt you in for.
The worst customer service ever They give you the money fast, but the customer service is outrageous. The reps are the most rude set of individuals I ever spoke to. They tell you that you can pay as many times as you want before hand, then as your paying go and cancel your payments. When you call the reps say “idc what you want” you can tell there is no leadership monitoring what is going on, so they can get away with speaking to you however you feel. Find a better loan servicing company who values customer service.
Great Was glad they were able to work with me to get a loan didn't think I qualified.
Beware of bate and switch interest I got the loan I applied on for one interest rate and that’s what I was approved for however when I went to the local office to complete the paperwork the interest was higher so beware
Terrible and unprofessional I was asked to estimate the mileage for my vehicle for a secured loan. After being approved and coming to the office to sign paperwork they suddenly lowered the loan amount due to my cars mileage being different from my estimate. This is after having a picture of the odometer for a week. It then took them several hours to figure out how to do the paperwork to get my loan finished. OK I was told through Kredit Karma w=my odds were excellent for 15K. When I applied I was told i needed more money added my daughter. Then my account got moved from one branch to another. Then was told I only got approved for 6k. I spent over a week doing the process, then they wanted both people fishing the process on line at the same time and on the phone with One Main. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone don't believe what Kredit Karma shows either that doesn't matter.
