HIGH INTEREST RATES Really bad financial decision, wish I never took the loan out. They have the worst interest rates, had they explained it to me, I would have NEVER taken it. I do not recommend anyone ever do this or they’ll be screwed for years.
Mislead Very disappointed in how application was handled...Don't do it
Okay I didn’t like how I kept get different quotes and at the end the loan was way more then I expected
Too high interest rates The interest rate was double then the loan I got. Every time I called them I had to wait a long time on the line and they get my information and transfer me to someone else and they couldn’t help me or pick up the line.
Horrible It was awful would never do again and won’t recommend. You literally get passed around one phone line to another. Took over a week to get loan after everything was completely turned in.
Outstanding change of approval denied Applied for a $4000 loan and they said I didn't even qualify for a $1500 one despite credit karma telling me I had outstanding odds
Fast to sign you up/leave you hanging for help They don’t tell you all in the interest you actually accumulate
Poor experience Michelle who was supposed to be handling my loan was a mess. She apparently forgot she told me I would close on the loan the following day and when I called at the agreed upon time, she was gone and the poor girl who answered the phone spent the next hour trying to get everything done that hadn’t been . I was put on hold and finally hung up after 30 minutes. She eventually called back and the loan closes but it was very annoying. I hope the girl who actually helped me got the commission!
Great Customer Sevice and Easy Application Process The process was extremely fast and the simplistic. Excellent customer service and all of questions were answered, I love that everything was completed online.
