Bait and switch I was extremely satisfied with the staff at the office!! Once corporate office got involved in the process it was a bait and switch… they approved me for an amount, then changed it when it got to the end of the process! Even the office staff was upset!

Terrible customer service Although the process was a 1 day turnaround the representative was awful. She had to redo my loan amount request multiple times because she kept entering wrong amount. She would ask the same question i just answered 5 minutes prior multiple times and it wasn’t to be sure it was because she was not paying attention. She was eating food and chewing in my ear, and during the signing process was extremely impatient and rude.
