Best interest of the consumer is not the 1st inter I was provided multiple options for different loans that I qualified for. I was, however, extremely disappointed in one of the offers which was to refinance my car and give me a cash out amount. Never again after this loan is cleared down I had to keep calling in for a week to see about updates and information on the already approved loan.
Raw meat I was treated like just another sales lead and an opportunity for a closer to close another deal and earn another commission. My priorities were ignored. Basically I was treated like raw meat.
They take 5-6 months to report to the credit agenc They don’t report to the credit bureaus at all. It’s been 5 months and no one calls you back at all!!
Horrible Money not available till have two weeks of payment. Have to have a verification code everytime.
Prequalified is not reality Great customer service, quick to work with, but they advertised a good loan to me and then actually approved me for about 20% of that amount. I understand that there is often a difference but a big difference like that leaves a bad taste in my mouth, like I was offered something that there was no way they would actually offer just to get me to apply. Marginal This may have been a mistake...like most secured loan money products. OMF is 1.5 steps above the dreaded title pawn loan. The phone calls BEFORE accepting the loan offer were constant and often. Now that I have an issue with the terms, login, and payment processing. I can't get ANYONE to reply to my email. Or, return my calls.
Don’t go here bad service Make sure you make it Crystal clear they don’t have the right to check your credit! Because they will check your credit with out your consent and excuse themselves with lies about it! Better yet, Don’t go here for a loan!!! (Word of advice to the OMF employees, if Good credit doesn’t mean much to your business, don’t hurt what y’all have left off customers, don’t pull there credit! Unless Good credit is always going to mean approve!!!) Otherwise pulling some ones credit makes no sense!
