Was great Jennifer was great! applied online and when was approved Jennifer called to let me know and went to office and signed paperwork within 20 minutes we were done and out the door.
Inconvenient experience The experience with the Linden, NJ office was unprofessional. Will not refer One Main Financial to family or friends.

Do not use them Poor customer service- did not process my auto payment sign up and did not send my loan documents post closing which made my first payment late. I contacted the office three times before they would get back to me. I contacted them before my payment was due but they were not able to get me the info I needed.
I would definitely recommend it to my friends The customer service was perfect, she work with me tge whole time thru the process. She answered all my questions and was very down to earth also made sure I understood exactly what I was getting into and how it worked. I was very satisfied at the end of the call.
Needed so much paper work The APR is so high I would not recommend them at all! Rip offs for sure...
Yes but really no I was set up an appointment to sign documents and get my loan. When I went in to sign, they told me I hadn’t been approved.
