if u have no choice use them as always there a bait and switch these guys... they gave me a loan of 12k . was promised 20k last minute sorry thats all we can do even though said u were approved for the 20K.... if u have no choice use them ... look else where first

Go with a different company The loan specialist was rude in Manteca CA and probably should go work corrections or something, as she doesn’t like people. Also, their technology was lacking, system kept glitching and I almost had a wasted day.

Errrh! They charge an excessive amount of interest, the person that handled my loan Jaquana, was rude and she seemed like she didn’t know what she was talking about. She kept changing stories about my loan rates and shame you if you don’t take payment protection. My experience wasn’t the best. Every time I call they don’t know what’s going on.

What a joke We had an emergency situation. I told the loan person exactly what I needed. After many phone conversations and uploading every document known to man, they didn’t do a thing I asked for and the offer was a joke and wouldn’t help with our situation. I wasted a week of my life dealing with these people. Did I mention they ran my credit 4 times?? Avoid going through them at all costs.

I will never borrow from them again… The interest will have you paying for longer than expected. On a 4,000 loan I had to pay back almost 8,000 that twice the amount I borrowed. What should have been a 2 year pay off is going on 4 years. At this point I might need a loan to pay off this loan. And they still have the title to my car.

Dont believe credit karma Credit karma said I had good approval odds. Nope sure didnt. I did get a credit check for nothing but to decrease my score. Thanks! Haven't you guys been in trouble for this before?

Prejudice The lady who was talking to me through the process, kept on giving me an attitidydem and trying to get me to get more services on my loan, when my whole reaon to get a personal loan is to pay off, and lower my total payment

Terrible Went to close on a loan after being there for 2 hours they sent me home to finish on the phone and non of the stuff they said they were going pay off for me has been paid after almost a month.
