Bad The enrollment process is outdated and extremely slow. Be prepared for long phone calls over the course of several days. They have tons of "required" up sell speeches that will drag on, while their screen share software works about 20% of the time. They also do not have a support email. I will not be doing business with them again after this loan is finished

Poor communication especially ibeing a phone loan Loan was done over the phone and lady from Staten Island didn’t even let me say bye.She slaked big time she didn’t even tell me if I pay a few days early the monthly loan payment does auto pay take money from from my bank account too? I still don’t know the answer to that question.Once loan was completed I got quick hang up call.

Horrible advertisement Was offered a 10000 dollar loan and set up everything even gave my bank info. Then set up an appointment but didn't get a call so when I called they could only approve 8200 or up to 10000 if I put collateral up not what I wanted.. they are nothing more than a title loan company or payday cash advance company.

KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS My experience with this company has been horrible they started off very friendly and got things done quickly. But once the first payment was due the amount was almost double what I was told and what I signed for. All the paperwork that I signed was suddenly no longer available nor was it mailed to me. I knew for a fact all of them out because I had written them down. Horrible experience. I applied for a loan online on a Sunday. I was approved. On Monday I got a call from onemain I submitted all requested documents. It's Tuesday evening and still NOTHING. I have had at least 3 other loans with onemain and no problems. Terrible experience with Merriam Horrible customer service. I won't recommend it to anyone else. I'm very disappointed.
