Will not loan if you get handwritten checks Huge hassle and they were not able to approve my loan because I get handwritten checks wish they would have stated this before they pull the hard inquiry and I sent them all my bank info
Awesome customer service The entire process was so smooth and easy, I definitely would do business with them again.
Scam Applies because credit karma said I’d be approved for a certain amount, when in and I was given a lower amount from what they had already approved me for. 2 hrs later and some bs speech they give. Don’t believe the amount they approve you for first.
Please, don’t do it, it’s not worth it…. I also fell for the “outstanding” approval odds scam. I have only a few hundred dollars in debt, which is my only credit card, make very good money and still I was denied. Also, as I was trying to add the info OneMain was requesting, I exited Credit Karma and was unable to continue my application. Do yourself a favor and take this review into heavy consideration.
SCAM this is SCAM service. They make a hard inquiry and then they say that based on purpose of your loan they cannot continue reviewing your application.You can put a different purpose and the will pull your full report again dropping down your score and will say that they won't review application anyway. Customer service is rude and don't wanna talk at all
Bad company One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my financial personal loans, I seem to think it was also the handedly of local personal. I was already an exciting customer and I will pay off present loan and will never give them my business again. Will also spread the word of lack of ethics.
Lengthy and time consuming The whole process is absolutely ridiculous. You can't do anything online and have to talk to a person to submit documents etc. It took 3 days to get it done because the man who did it refused to talk to my wife. I work 12 hour days and don't have time for hour long phone calls every day. No one else in customer service can help you either, you're assigned one person to work with so I had to wait for him to be available to complete anything. Will not be using them again
Big misleading credit approval I applied because I have outstanding odds and got denied smh, that hurts my credit and I'm trying to build my credit back to were I had it smh
Don't do it So much for outstanding chances of getting approved. Worst company and the specialist helping me wasnt any better. Approved me then when I went in which was 30 minutes away they told me that since my child support wasn't broken down by child and because my ex husband Direct deposits the money instead of it being court ordered they can't prove its child support.
