Bad Customer Service It was so difficult just to get the whole loan process done. I applied for a specific amount, had to end up taking a thousand dollars more than I ever wanted. The woman would say she’d call me back and never did. Very negative experience.
Very bad Warning don’t do it the loan and interest is not as advertised I only borrow 8 grand but after everything was signed and they got all my info I’ll end up paying 20grand back I feel cheated I feel robbed if I can help the next person before they make this mistake that’s the reason for this review be wise please!!!
Misleading Very misleading. Was supposedly approved for a loan and then had to jump through hoops for approval? What was the point of saying I was approved when I wasn’t. Don’t waste your time.
Splendiferous They've always been very helpful to me and the people have always been very very nice
Ok It 1st said i was approved for 5k but in reality it was only $2250 so kinda was informed wrong
No customer loyalty I paid off a 15,000 loan I asked for a 2,000 dollar loan but my truck is now only valued at 1700dollars. So I got denied for a difference of 300 after paying them over 8000 in interest on my last loan
One Main Finical / personal loan The associate that assisted us was absolutely stellar.
OM doesn’t not value education!! The staff was phenomenal…. They say and do what is required of the company so they can keep their paychecks. I was very disappointed in that the company has little if no respect for teachers. Our income to One Main is not considered yearly. I did receive a loan but not the amount I requested due to this issue. And you better have collateral!!
Loan Bad experience l don’t recommend this company.
