Major Headache I really wish I had read the reviews before applying for this loan. Although I did receive the loan, the hassle and unprofessionalism from the staff was definitely not worth it! First of all, no one follows up with call backs, they ask for an excessive amount of documents, and you have to call them back just to make sure the documents were received. Great experience. The whole process was painless and wasn't time consuming. The ladies in the office were great. 2 Thumbs up.
Overall would not recommend Even though I went through with the loan there were several problems the interest rate advertised on credit karma was completely different than what was offered to me they put in the wrong routing number whenever they were directing it to my bank and delayed it 4 days and then I have to wait an additional five business days for the check to clear my bank all and all I don't think I would go back with the Moore Oklahoma Branch again maybe if I did it again I would consider Norman or pretty much any... read more
Unprofessional Agent rude and nasty lacking people skills.
Place is a joke. Was told I was approved for one amount but then it was changed to a lower amount. Couldn’t put the money in my account but waited five minutes before closing on a Friday to tell me that they couldn’t and a check was waiting for me. My bank put he seven business day hold on the check so I still don’t have the money.
Bait and switch Interest rate increased 6% fees are not even close and the payments are about 50/60 more than advertised. Bad faith
Horrible After I got the loan approved I found out the interest rate was 24.99% DAILY!!! I will never use them again! Now I have to beg my bank to bail me out...
Terrible experience Terrible I took off work early on Thursday to have my funds deposited Friday morning They missed a digit in my account number and did not receive the funds until the next Wednesday afternoon
