I beg you - don't buy this POS Every step of the way it was like dealing with a user interface that was designed in the dark ages ... wouldn't connect, would not accept labels, menu buttons would hang up, ..... You will regret it.

Waste of money Printer already having issues pulling in lables for printing. Not even six months old.

this is a lot better. Purchased this to test if the QL-810W that I purchase recently or the label file has issue. Outcome: QL810W is trash, this is a lot better.
A waste of money. We have a Mac and cannot get this thing to work after spending hours on it. We are not the most computer literate but this is not intuitive in any way. I would never purchase another one and would warn others to stay away from it. A total waste of money.

Not wireless unless you buy a battery It's only wireless if you buy a separate battery. Product description is mis-leading.

The QL-820NWB is a wireless printer in regards to printing from a PC or mobile device with connecting to a USB cable. For a cordless experience with the printer, it does require a battery that is not included with the machine. We do apologize for any confusion this has caused.
The printers print clearly, but are extremely slow. ... The printers print clearly, but are extremely slow. I wanted them for a children's check in system, speed is very important. I think I could hand write a name tag almost as fast as these printers print.

Not up Brother standards... It pains me to report this thing is a complete pain in the posterior. This is a business product, meant primarily to be used via its SDK. Consumer software support is almost non-existent. I was able to get AirPrint working on OSX and my iOS app but none of my prints worked due to the odd format of the label. The machine kept complaining about the wrong label size-- I declined to look into this. This guy is meant to be a competitor to a Zebra printer. I do like the paper because it does not require ink It's not a gem. It does not make my life any easier. The settings are crippled and it is hard to imagine this staying on the market much longer. I do like the paper because it does not require ink.
