Works Well, Tricky Setup for Mobile Printing It really was a pain to get set up for printing eBay shipping labels. Their tech support isn't good. Once you get it working, it works great. For anyone looking to work with this for eBay shipping labels you'll need to set up the formatting through a laptop first before you can print from a mobile device like a tablet. Once you have the formatting set up through a laptop you can print in the right format through mobile devices using the eBay app which is great!

Good label maker for small business network & works for prescription labels. So far this is working well for my small business office. I set it up on our network, and am happy to say it was pretty straightforward as long as you have some experience with setting up static ip adresses and installing drivers and programs on multiple computers. Been working great for 6 months now with my Macs Been working great for 6 months now with my Macs. Print to it wireless. I use the continuous label paper spools and then have machine cut to size I need for label.
Good labels I just started a new business and am overwhelmed with all the office products I need. I got this, although I haven't used a labeler in a decade or so. There is quite a learning curve. I was able to set it up in about an hour, wifi and bluetooth options were easy, though the battery needs to be charged for 2.5 hours, I needed it now, so I used the inside battery. Great wireless label printer with battery option to be completely wireless. Brother got this product right! Just got the label printer to replace my older QL-720 which was very hard to setup. The new 820 is a welcome addition. I setup the WiFi manually with no issues. I even turned on the Bluetooth which my phone could connect. No documentation was needed!
