Horrible design due to sticker malfunction This product horribly designed. If the sticker gets rolled over nothing works. I am mechanically and electronically knowledgeable and had a very hard time repairing. Very hard time. Do not buy.
Good Printer - Bad Software I guess these kind of label printers are a bit of an overkill for me, I'm using them at home a few times a month, not in a professional environment. Therefore for me it is most important, that I can quickly get an address entered and printed. This Brother printer seems a nice piece of hardware, the Wifi setup was easy, and the option to attach a battery and be really wireless is interesting. Bad product Poor customer service and cant print labels that are made for the printer and there customer hangs up on u. Brother doesnt know anything about there products dont buy unless u want junk from them and poor customer service
Customer Support For Unlocking This Printer's Potential Is Lacking I bought the QL-820NWB printer since I wanted to use its IPP feature to print out my labels; to my dismay, when I tried doing that, my printer hung. Why does it seem that all label printers... Why does it seems that ALL label printers are soooo difficult to install and their software so poorly designed and constructed? Way better than Dymo printers when it comes to installation of printer on network and the software installs and communicates better... Print quality is wanting...artifacts (like lines of microdots) on every label, Dymo prints way better.
Buyer beware if you buy competitor rolls of labels to save money on labels. This is a fabulous system except you can't re-use the roll frames. So you must buy the more expensive rolls from Brother. I don't think it is cost effective due to these failures in design. I would not purchase this know what I discovered the hard way.

Don’t care for it at all Not user friendly at all, unable to copy from my contacts where it comes out looking accurate at all. Ready to send it back, very frustrating.
Didn’t even turn on Product came fast but we weren’t able to use it because it doesn’t even turn on. We returned it and we’ll buy new one.
