I always get great attention to my questions, and excellent care for my dog Ike. I board him here as well, and find the entire staff to be top notch.
I have been taking my pets to Quail Corners since the early 70s. I have always been pleased with their care. I especially like that they have an Emergency vet on after hours- so my pet records are there for them to see. Extremely nice and caring staff.
The vets here are so caring and actually listen to your concerns. The staff is very friendly and remembers my pup and myself every time we come in. I also love that they have Saturday hours and emergency services.
We've been taking our dogs here for a few years and they have always been great. We've met with Dr Piver, Dr Baer, and Dr Russell for various things, and they have all been absolutely excellent. We recently had to take our poodle, Teddy, in, for his last appointment. Everyone was extremely understanding and they took care of everything. Even though we live in Cary now, we will continue going to Quail Corners as long as we can.
So thankful that this place was open last night after 9 pm. Took my Cocker Spaniel there after she got bit by a Copperhead last night. They kept her overnight and gave her antibiotics and pain meds. She has a droopy lip and a large edema lump in her throat this morning, but she is eating and drinking and should be okay with more antibiotics and pain medicine. Thank you to Quail Corners for their care!

I was so stressed out to find a vet that would be understanding of my older dog on a last minute Saturday visit. I will definitely be switching to Quail Corners as my primary vet now! From the initial phone call, sitting in the waiting room to the understanding staff it just felt like I was in the right place at the right time. I unexpectedly had to help my best friend cross the rainbow bridge on Sunday. The entire staff helped me cope with the shock of it all and the grief I was consumed by. They were very compassionate, helped me understand my options and come to the best decision for my friend.
