I brought my Norwegian Lundehund, Loki in to see Dr. Baer on Wednesday. Loki was diagnosed with either a stroke or brain tumor. Dr. Baer and the entire staff were very professional and caring. I was given medication and rescheduled for followup the following Wednesday. Unfortunately we only made it till Saturday when things got worse for Loki. I took him back in and again seen Dr. Baer. I love it here! Dr. Piver is so nice, and really takes the time to talk with me and work through issues my cat has had. I appreciate so much that she talks out her reasoning with me and doesn't rush at all. She takes the time to really listen to everything that is going on rather than throwing pills at me and shoving me out the door. I'm almost always able to get an appointment within a week of when I'm calling, which is also really great. Finally - who doesn't love it when people flatter your kitty? Staff were very welcoming and professional in my time of crisis with my little one who was severely dehydrated, and who couldn't keep anything in his tummy. No appointment was necessary, but I did call first. The staff advised they'd fit me in as soon as possible due to the urgency of the situation. The veterinarian was very informative, and made me feel like she genuinely cared for my dog. The vet also made me feel a little at ease, telling me that her and her staff would do everything to figure out why my little one was fe... read more
