RecommendedStaff were very welcoming and professional in my time of crisis with my little one who was severely dehydrated, and who couldn't keep anything in his tummy. No appointment was necessary, but I did call first. The staff advised they'd fit me in as soon as possible due to the urgency of the situation. The veterinarian was very informative, and made me feel like she genuinely cared for my dog. Thank you to Dr. Jarchow and staff for taking such good care of us yesterday. We were in and out within an hour. The emergency clinic gave me peace of mind when I thought Gypsy's foot was broken. She was diagnosed with a severely stubbed toe and given an anti-inflammatory shot, which did the trick. Gypsy is now back on her feet and loving her puppy life.
Amazing doctor to animal manners and great communication and care between the doctors and the parents as well. Readily available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Knowledgeable, quick, kind staff.

We just moved to the area and being a crazy dog Mom I wanted to find somewhere that I could trust to take care of my dogs. Our first visit was on July 4th. The staff was amazing and so kind. They were understanding of how worried I was about my dog and they took such good care of him! I would highly recommend if your a crazy dog Mom like me to take your dog here if you want them in good hands.

I just wanted to thank Dr S Raboin for the amazing work he did for Jinx. He was attacked last night and the Dr's kindness and patience was so calming. He kept me in the loop the whole time and answered every question I had. I'm so glad this vet is here for emergency visits. Thank you!
