I found my new vet!!!!!!! Cookie loved everyone there so much she even let them cut her nails with no running lol

I love it here! Dr. Piver is so nice, and really takes the time to talk with me and work through issues my cat has had. I appreciate so much that she talks out her reasoning with me and doesn't rush at all. She takes the time to really listen to everything that is going on rather than throwing pills at me and shoving me out the door. I'm almost always able to get an appointment within a week of when I'm calling, which is also really great. Finally - who doesn't love it when people flatter your kitty? Staff were very welcoming and professional in my time of crisis with my little one who was severely dehydrated, and who couldn't keep anything in his tummy. No appointment was necessary, but I did call first. The staff advised they'd fit me in as soon as possible due to the urgency of the situation. The veterinarian was very informative, and made me feel like she genuinely cared for my dog. The vet also made me feel a little at ease, telling me that her and her staff would do everything to figure out why my little one was fe... read more

Thank you to Dr. Jarchow and staff for taking such good care of us yesterday. We were in and out within an hour. The emergency clinic gave me peace of mind when I thought Gypsy's foot was broken. She was diagnosed with a severely stubbed toe and given an anti-inflammatory shot, which did the trick. Gypsy is now back on her feet and loving her puppy life.
Amazing doctor to animal manners and great communication and care between the doctors and the parents as well. Readily available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Knowledgeable, quick, kind staff.
