After taking my cat Phage to Banfield and then VSH during an emergency, the staff at Quail were amazing to both myself and her. They were quick to identify things in the blood work done by previous vets that were anomalous, and then explain the depth of the diagnostics and possible treatment. We were bummed when Dr. Davis left at the end of 2016. She recommended Dr. Piver and we love her! I feel that she really cares about all of our cats. We recently adopted Athena and were in with Antonio this morning (Joey will be in for a check up soon!) and she said, "Oh, I was thinking about Athena the other day and...". She gives quality care and I love that she is holistic in nature. We love her and the cats love her, too. I have seen other people post that QA is pricey. Dr Shannon Raboin was seriously a lifesaver this week with my dog Rylee. We came into the emergency department with him almost completely paralyzed, where Dr. Raboin quickly diagnosed and put Rylee on a treatment plan. Within two days of his stay at Quail Corners and constant medical care he was walking again and was able to come home. I needed to have my 15 year old dog watched overnight. Quail Corners was recommended by my vet, as an affordable option to the university. From drop off to pickup, every single member of the staff was personable, helpful, and caring. My pup received excellent care, and I was contacted at night, and in the morning with updates. I had never met these people before, and to be treated this well was awesome.

Today I had to get my sweet cat of 13 years put to sleep. I have never been here before but our usual vet was out of town until Thursday and my cat was very ill. From the first steps in the door until I left I was treated with incredible kindness and empathy During this very hard time. The entire staff went beyond providing me with amazing service.
