Whenever we need a good vet, we can always count on Quail Corners. They have saved my 15 year old shih Tzu more than once...she was bitten by a poisonous spider once and she was bruised very badly, and they mended her...she recently had an abscess come out of nowhere, and they treated her like a baby...and she is doing much better! Not to mention, they are reasonable in their pricing.
