I had heard great things about Floyd Gibbs and Quality Home Inspections. I hired them to inspect a home we are currently getting ready to put on the market. He did a great job for us. His inspection was thorough, clear and complete. We built our house in 2016 and had an issue with our ceiling having water spots. The builder couldn’t figure it out but Floyd came out and found out exactly what our issue was and now our builder is taking care of it.
