At the beginning I was nervous because I was unfamiliar with the products. David explained everything very well and he didn't have to convince me at all. The installation was well done and went smoothly. The installer even did a few extra things for us without us even asking.
Everyone from this company were very prompt with arrival and spent time explaining each step of the processes to us. I enjoyed watching the water test.
I would just say that we are extremely satisfied with Quality Home Products of Texas. The filtration system of our drinking water and our shower has made a tremendous difference.
The product did meet my expectations. The water is great, the actual product coming out of the faucets throughout the house is great, and the customer service is great. I've had water systems before. I'm not saying they were bad, but this one from Quality Home Products of Texas is better.
