Everything went smoothly. They came in and explained everything to us. The installation was the next day. Lupe was very nice and friendly. He came in a did his work. He was able to find a good place for everything, even the things that went outside. I am very satisfied.
Quality Home Products exceeded my expectations on pricing and delivery. The installation was quick and efficient and the system is operating beautifully. I was so happy with the softener install and the service level that I escalated my schedule and had them back for a tankless water heater install within 2 weeks. I will most likely be purchasing every product they offer going forward.
