My wife and I have enjoyed the water and the soap products. We have no complaints. We think they have lived up to all of our expectations and we are hoping to recommend them to our friends so we can take advantage of QHPT's excellent referral system.
I was kind of skeptical when they came in with their testing kits because I don't know what's in the chemicals/bottles. Being able to feel the water after it went through the production process you could see, smell, and feel the difference. He cleaned the refrigerator with just water and it looked great. The point was that you don't necessarily need the chemicals in the water.
In 2014 we are fortunate to have companies that walk the talk. Do the research and compare the records, quality of product & services and talk to any of their representatives. I believe you'll make the same decision I did and choose this company. I wish all businesses operated like this.
I think that the product is good, as well as the service. The only negative thing I can say is that it appears to be overpriced. I wish they would be more flexible with the pricing. I wanted the reverse osmosis system but it did not fall into my price range and there was no way to bundle it into the system that I did purchase. Aside from that, they did a very professional job.
The Quality water team was highly educated and professional. I could not have asked for better service or a better product. I am extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend to my friends and family.
This is a great product...Awesome feeling when you know that you are ingesting good water and taking care of your families everyday needs without anything harming them!! Cant think about being without this system after only having it for three weeks!! So Far So Good!!
We are very happy with our new water system. I was unaware of all the crud in our water. We purchased the Big home system. I can see a difference in my clothing, dishwasher, not to mention our drinking water. Colleen was great at explaining then entire system and the installation crew Austin & Ben were great to with with also. We are thrilled with our new system. Thanks Quality Home Products !!
Dealing with Quality Home Products was completely painless, they handeled the permitting, dealt with the gas and electric company and kept me advised during every phase of the project.Everything was completed on schedule and everyone I spoke with regarding scheduling, training were very professional and courteous.I would highly recommend them.
