I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of the installer. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My particular project was more difficult than usual, but it was done to my satisfaction and I believe that it will be reliable.
Excellent service and excellent machine. My house doesn't smell at all. Not to dogs, not to cigarette, not to mold or humidity or to anything. Actually, I'm not even taking antihistamines, and my allergies are almost zero. Thanks for that!!
I had a generator installed in the event that we should lose power in a hurricane prone area. I feel confident that I can live comfortably and safely.
I would just say the service was superior. We had great service from everyone. We're in love with the product and you can actually tell the house is cleaner and there are no more water spots on dishes or in the sink.
Upon the first phone call to Quality Generator, which originated out of Wisconsin I believe, the whole thing start to finish was fantastic. Once Quality contacted us they kept their appointments and everything he said happened throughout the process. I had never owned a generator before. I had always used a portable gas one. This is much easier. They were professional from start to finish and Charles Coe was very helpful as well.
