Both Raymond & Brian were professional and seemed to have plenty of experience. They answered all questions. Although the technicians and service were great, I question the fees. Parts and materials exceeded $600, to service a high end Trane unit that was replaced in 2013. First American stated that these were Schmidt's fees Not covered under the Premier home protection plan (Premier covers central A/C inc refrigerant).
