Mistakes were made, but were corrected immediately. The person who answers the phone, Autumn, understands the business and how to provide excellent customer service. I had gotten bad service from another HVAC company and needed someone to fix their mistakes. Autumn was helpful and able to send a service tech to my home on the same day that I called. HVAC Gilbert diagnosed the problem on a previous visit. When he took the heat pump apart, it was clear from the oil all over the casing that his original diagnosis was correct. I have already recommended Schmidt to a close friend.

Professionalism to the TEE! From the time I called to set up appointment to them calling me making sure everything went well at the appointment I couldn't be happier. They rock customer service and professionalism. From the lady that set up appointment to the gentleman that serviced our unit. As this system is new to us, he spent time explaining the system and we do appreciate it.

Purchased a Maintenance Agreement We used Schmidt Mechanical Group in the summer utilizing an Angie's List Deal. When it came time to do the fall heating check, we decided to purchase a year's maintenance agreement because we had been very pleased with their service in the summer. The service was prompt and efficient.
