Service Call Stayed in contact after requesting service and showed up on time and completed my call as requested. Alberto, the tech, was honest, and informative in the options available to my problem. Have Military training in A/C repair so know when smoke is being blown where it shouldn't be!

Preventative Maintenance Visit and new install Johnny G did a great job figuring out why my 2 ton furnace was not coming on. I decided it was time to replace it and he contacted Jared, the comfort advisor, and I met with him that same day. A week later I had a new Trane system. Thanks to the efforts of Steve, Jr. and Alberto, they did an excellent job on the installation . They were professional, cordial and provided great costumer service. Very good once he got there. There was a lot of confusion at the beginning of the appointment. I had a window from 8-11 and told me I would be the first appointment of the day. I got a call at around 8:15 that he would be there in 20 minutes, but he didn't arrive until 9:15...some confusion over the correct ladder to bring, which could have been answered if they had called me. Very happy with the whole experience. Gilbert and Jared were both very professional and explained what shape our air conditioner unit was in very clearly. Took pictures and told us about warranties on our present units and what warranties would come in a new unit. Bithb were very thorough in their inspection of our system. We were very impressed.

Johnny was great! The scheduling was not the greatest experience, but the service call was great. I was given a window of 8:00 - 11:00am and told specifically it would be at the early part of that window, but when no one had arrived by 10:30 I called and was told they had a emergency so I was pushed to a later time. Actual arrival time was a little after 11:00am. I understand emergencies come up, but I should have been notified to reset the expectations. Overall, Mgt. dlivers w/ tech on time & compt. Courteous, knowledgeable , polite and willing to explain all points of an inspection. Job well done. Price 4 a F/U on any repairs needed in future should problems arise.
