Very happy over all, but not thrilled Installed new system a few years back, and have been relatively happy. However recently while getting a survey done, it was discovered that the masking around the plenum was breaking loose, allowing for cold air to escape the system, and thus cooling my attic at I can only imagine, a great deal of escaped energy! That was a material or workmanship issue for which I will be shelling out another $340.00 for. Like I said... not thrilled!

Excellent and conscientious Able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Technician very courteous and knowledgeable. Even though appointment was at the end of the day and running a bit late, took all the time needed to inspect our system and make a needed repair.

The Schmidt Mechanical team is great to work with! Schmidt Mechanical did a fantastic job installing our AC system and making improvements to our duct work. Every team member we've come in contact with has been polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They have continued to be responsive and helpful after the sale & initial installation. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them as my AC Service providers from now on.
