Incredible personalized service and great attention to detail! The owner, Keith, came to our home to provide an estimate. He was thorough with the information and gave us options that suited our needs. Once we agreed on a plan, the process was quick and easy. The installers worked fast but made sure it was done right. Keith came back at the end of the job for the final walk-through . We will definitely be using them again.

Very good Service/Explanation of Problem John came out to our house to check our two AC units. He explained his findings thoroughly and went over the different options. He was able to complete the repairs the same day. Very professional. Would highly recommend

Satisfied Customer March 24 2015 Johnny G, the technician who serviced our AC was very professional and courteous. Johnny provided a detailed explanation of his meticulous inspection. He also informed us of the additional services provided by Schmidt Mechanical. We felt confident with the service performed and have agreed to their annual maintenance agreement. Quick and painless! Technician was friendly, fast and efficient. Cleaned up any mess he made if he made any. I'd gladly have the same technician come out again and def use Schmidt again!

Overall great experience My initial appointment was very easy to schedule and they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule despite them having already sent a technician to my house. Quincy provided great service and a pleasant attitude. I will definitely be using Schmidt in the future.
