Prompt, Professional Resolution to our A/C problem Albert called 20 minutes prior to his arrival and got here on time. He covered his shoes every time he entered our home. He diagnosed the problem & thoroughly explained the issues we were having, including answering many ?s I had. He didn't try to upsell us and was able to resolve the problem within the parameters of our normal service agreement, so it didn't cost us anything extra. Albert did a great job and I hope we're fortunate enough to have him do our next maintenance.... read more

Maintain our A/C heater units the technician did a great job. He was very professional and did a great job explaining what we needed and what we could survive without. I recommend Schmidt to all my friends.
