Excellent Service -- Thanks Heather We had Schmidt Mechanical out to service our A/C and they were excellent. Heather was not only on time, but early which was a very nice surprise. When we are in need of A/C service again (they will be out in the fall -- two service calls/tune-ups for $79) we will call them. Thanks for an excellent service.

Performed 20 point cooling inspection on both 4 ton and 2 ton systems Heather did a great job checking both of my systems. She is very knowledgeable and detailed on making sure the job is done correctly, even on routine maintenance inspections. I really appreciate a technician who is honest and does not take shortcuts.
