excellent service all the way from start to finish The service tech. arrived on time and called 15 min. prior to arrival. The service tech a young lady was very affable and extremely knowledgeable. She explained every thing in detail and was very competent in completing the inspection and repairing any problem areas. The price 80.00 for a summer and fall inspection falls in to a very reasonable price. A very good company and service tech all the way around. Will cont. to use Schmidt mechanical group, in the future..

Company has earned my high rating due to their efficiency, polite and helpful personnel, and great response and timeliness to my service needs. Schnidt Mechanical has performed both a winter and summer evaluation of my heating/air conditioning system. They also responded to my request to checkout the slight natural gas odor and my heating system rpeatedly cycling off, then back on. More Than Happy My a/c outdoor fan was stuck on, so I found Schmidt through Angies List and bought a tune-up. When their tech Johnny got here the a/c was working just fine, so he got to work with the tune-up. I've had several a/c techs come by over the years with similar tune-up coupons. One didn't even want to touch the outdoors electrical controls because "it's so old". Well Johnny got in there and found two broken parts. Finally! They called ahead and arrived on time& got the job done quickly They called ahead that they were on their way, arrived timely, got the part installed quickly, and tested the whole system, and added some freon. They did forget to reattach the black ring as they had promised to do that had fallen down inside one unit. Hopefully they will swing by to do that.

20 point cooling inspection on system Customer service is A+. Everything went well, from setting up the initial appointment to the arrival of the service technician. Heather performed all system checks while answering all questions. She even made a requested adjustment to the thermostat so that the air handler could operate more efficiently. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

My preferred AC pros Jared was on time for the estimate and very professional. He showed us a few different options and reviewed the pros and cons of each option. After getting two more estimates which were very comparable, I went with Schmidt. The installers were very professional taking the time to cover our floors. Jared stopped by after the installation to check the work and explain to us how the system worked. Barrett and Sons has lost a customer as I'm going with Schmidt for all my future needs.
