Upon speaking with the bank employee "Megan"and getting set--up with the phone representative, "Nikki", the process went very smoothly. There were few wait/hold times and the process concluded in our favor. The entire staff located at the local branch we frequent @ 103rd & 295 south has always been pleasant to work with and getting questions answered timely. Thank you to the entire staff, including the security guard !

I applied for a loan and Brittney was awesome. I ended up needing a co-signer and my sister helped me out with that. She answered all of our questions. I live off disability so I don't have a lot of income but Brittney never made me feel like I was less than. She was always very pleasant to talk to. With all the negativity in the world and customer service not being what it use to be she was a breath of fresh air!
