I do enjoy Jax Federal and prior to Covid there was a location in my work building. I'm fine with that location closing, I understand there have been many changes due to Covid but as of last week I see the ATM is also gone. That I didn't care for.... most important to me is how I pay my bills. I use the bill pay feature to make recurring payments and I keep my mortgage separate from everything else, it comes from my savings instead of my checking.... but I had to do that via my finance company because JaxFCU only allow you t... read more

Representative: Leanna There was a line of about four RadiFi Consumers, Leanna made no haste in assisting the people who were waiting. Her demeanor was not friendly to say the least. Unfortunately, I was called into her line to make a my deposit. Custom service and friendliness, 0 out of 10. Professionalism average, I felt as though I was more of task, than a pleasure to assist.

RADIFI IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CREDIT UNION. THEY GIVE FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT LOANS AND APPROVALS. I WAS APPROVAL FOR LINE OF CREDIT. RADIFI REACH 4 DAY LATER TO WITHDRAWAL OFFER AND I HAVE 698 CREDIT SCORE. THIS UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I DON`T WANT NO ONE TO GO THROW THIS BANKING EXPERIENCE.

I asked one of your financial advisers regarding a CD. I realized if i named a primary they would have to pay taxes. This money is from the sale if my home which is under the capital gaines rule. He was going to check on other options and get back to me AND NEVER DID. A yes or no answer us better than no response. I My past reviews had 800 responces per google.

I reached out to Radifi Credit Union via email to inquire if I could open a Checking account on March 5, 2024. I was advised that I am eligible to open a Checking Account, and that I did not need to come down to Jacksonville in order to do so. I was advised that a Form would be sent to me to sign in the Docusign system, and that would be sufficient. This was a relief to me since I live 2 hours away from Jacksonville.
