My mom’s crown came off in a year, and she is in so much pain even though they have no appointments until June 30th. Doctor gave her antibiotics and pain killer in case of infection..... Is this some kind of joke??? Because apparently we are not laughing. I am leaving this here for people not to go there and waste their time, money, and health. If mother gets infection because of you guys, see you in the court. Unfortunately my mom is a senior citizen and we only go here because of her insurance.

Pésimo servicio! para mi última limpieza me arrepentí de haber ido. Cuando me miré al espejo tenía las mismas placas de sarro que esperaba que me quitaran. Dejé pasar el inconveniente con el fin de no volver a hacer una limpieza más con ellos. This practice has a very aggressive fee policy. Though they never confirmed an appointment with me (which I then missed) they charged me $100 fee. When my husband went to see them, he was told he would not be taken until he paid--which he did--and then sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes. I just called to get my medical records and was told I would be charged a $10 fee...for my own records. I would be aware of this before going to this practice.
About a year ago or longer I had a bad experience with one of the pediatric dentists and one of her assistants who were rude (Don't want to put their name out but I just read a bunch of reviews on her and saw she isn't good with kids I guess.)My daughter was 5 at the time and has a hard time getting the X-rays done of her teeth. They asked me to leave the room which I did and I waited in the waiting room. It took longer then expected and no one came out to get me so I just went back there. Since October 2017 I have been back & forth for the same issues which as of today, have yet to be taken care of! I've had to have a filling replaced because of the length of time it's been waiting for these dolts to submit the correct paperwork for a crown! 1) Staff had multiple files open for me. 2) Never sends the paperwork. 3) if paperwork is submitted to the insurance, it's incorrect. 4) If you call to check if paperwork was submitted, you're fed a lie or they don't bother to check and just tell you that it was don... read more
